'tat moon'....we felt it'd be a nice place to have some fun with the ARDA Team...so we went out the week before and took a look...it was great! It had water...
and the Lao people were having fun cooking and sitting and chatting....
but for us there was some picinic things missing....What's your idea of a great picnic?
